Equilibrium

What you should learn:

The concept of dynamic equilibrium is essential to understanding real-world systems. You will apply kinetic molecular theory and collision theory to reaction systems in solution or in the gas phase to see how, in a closed system, a state of equilibrium is reached. You will be able to identify open and closed systems and explain why there is constant change in an open system.

Additionally, we will look, briefly, at the role of science and technology and it's impact on society by studying how manipulating the equilibrium of the ammonia synthesis had a significant impact on society; allowing for great progress at the same time resulting in destruction through war and ecological damage.
